1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kx999 ("kx999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kx999 website located at https://kx999.io, including all associated services, products, software, mobile interfaces, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the kx999 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the Platform in any manner. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

kx999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kx999 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://kx999.io.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the kx999 Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the kx999 Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their kx999 Account that are free from active bonus wagering restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by kx999 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover amount a Player must generate before a Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "Transaction" means any deposit or withdrawal of funds processed through the kx999 Platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported payment method.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity defined as prohibited under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the kx999 Platform, represented by the symbol ৳.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the kx999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. kx999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the kx999 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any Real Money Balance.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the kx999 registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet details as applicable. Players are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information should it change. kx999 will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate registration information.

3.4 Verification

kx999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at any point during active account use, and specifically prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the period specified by kx999 may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their kx999 login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances. kx999 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — will be treated as your own activity for the purposes of these Terms.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your kx999 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kx999 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. kx999 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following such notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to receipt of your notification.

4.3 Account Closure

Players may request closure of their kx999 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

kx999 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). All Transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kx999 does not support foreign currency transactions, and no currency conversion is applied to Player balances.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. The maximum single-transaction deposit limit and daily deposit limits are displayed within the kx999 account deposit interface and may be subject to change. Players may also set personal deposit limits lower than the platform maximum via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

kx999 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 seconds to all supported mobile wallet services. Actual processing times may vary in exceptional circumstances, including during mandatory verification reviews, periods of abnormally high transaction volume, or where kx999's fraud prevention systems flag a transaction for manual review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kx999 Account holder.

5.4 Transaction Fees

kx999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective service terms. kx999 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

kx999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution percentages.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. kx999 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawal of any amounts it reasonably determines have been obtained in breach of bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kx999 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple Accounts, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, and any coordinated activity among multiple Players designed to extract promotional value without genuine gaming engagement. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Changes

kx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a Player has claimed a bonus, where kx999 determines the offer has been misrepresented, technically misconfigured, or claimed in violation of these Terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the kx999 Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the kx999 sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, kx999's decision, based on official result sources, shall be final. kx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred, where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where the market was suspended at the time of placement.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the kx999 Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface. kx999 is not responsible for software malfunctions caused by third-party game providers, though affected bets will be reviewed and settled fairly based on available game logs.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet outcome, kx999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. No additional compensation will be provided for malfunctions beyond return of the original stake.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the kx999 Platform:

1. Registering more than one Account or assisting another individual in creating a duplicate Account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with kx999.
3. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kx999 Platform.
4. Engaging in match-fixing, betting on pre-determined outcomes, or exploiting inside information in connection with any bet placed on kx999.
5. Colluding with other Players in casino games, including in live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
6. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider.
7. Using the kx999 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
8. Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or configuration mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
9. Accessing the kx999 Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Allowing or facilitating any minor (individual under 21 years of age) to access or use your kx999 Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kx999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, software, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of kx999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kx999 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of kx999.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kx999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the kx999 Platform without the express prior written consent of kx999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the kx999 Platform.

kx999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. kx999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

kx999 is not responsible for the content, security, or accuracy of any third-party services linked or integrated into the Platform, including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. Each game provider operates under its own terms of service and certification standards.

11. Responsible Gaming

kx999 is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling behaviour among all Players. The following tools are available to all registered kx999 Players at no charge and can be activated immediately via account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your kx999 Account.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, kx999 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document and in the hero section above indicates when the current version became operative. Continued use of the kx999 Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a Player and kx999 arising from or related to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any Transaction, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through kx999's customer support team at [email protected].

kx999 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority, interpreted under applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction. kx999 does not exclude any mandatory statutory protections afforded to consumers in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
